There are way too many too list off. Management; nepotism, favoritism, all the isms! They do not provide any coaching or support to their employees. You will learn everything from the people around you and your supervisor will sit there with headphones in acting busy. They reward mediocrity and over work people who actually put their best foot forward. I left for many reasons but the straw that broke the camels back was repeated communications with supervisors and management that went completely ignored. If you are going in to a commissioned position to hope for comission... the company had gotten so greedy that they continue to make profit but have raised the sales goals to an unrealistic number that you will not have the ability to attain, but it will still be your fault that the field rep didn't give you enough patients to achieve the number. I worked there for 2.5 years and they claim to want to make things better but every change they make is poorly planned and even more poorly implemented.
