      Solid benefits Always hiring new positions Easy to see vertical movement Monthly department events Better paying than similar medical device companies

      No matching 401k Company has yet to make profit so that's a dark cloud hanging over the office environment Moving some (probably all at some point) customer ops to Mesa, AZ (goes back to the making a profit point)

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
