      Co-workers become a second family Fast-paced Ability to learn an immense amount in a short amount of time

      Cons

      Unrealistic timelines Poorly trained staff Over-worked staff Only "talkers" get promoted; "doers" just get more job responsibilities. Your compensation is 40% under-market value, at a MINIMUM. Other biotech companies in the area have better benefits such as health insurance and PTO accrual.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
