Pros
Good culture, excellent mission, great teams and collaboration. Amazing product that makes a huge difference in patients' lives and still early on the adoption curve.
Cons
Rapid growth means that processes are sometimes catching up with the business. I'd much rather have this than a slow or no-growth business.
