      Safe Clean Work. Always busy and room for growth/advancement. Continuously improving products, technology and processes. Compressed work weeks, great benefits, pre covid OT available, during beginning of covid the essential pay was great. Best Company for treating employees well and helping people by saving lives and changing the lives of caregivers of diabetics.

      Cons

      Training new hires could be improved. Could provide employees more time for online training.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
