      -Company with a purpose, you feel like you’re helping people

      Cons

      -Upper management is grossly out of touch with those below -WFH is taken advantage of - long work hours, management acknowledges it but does nothing about it -Lays off employees, outsources to save money -I really could go on

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
