- Company is very generous with benefits and swags - very considerate with aspects such as physical health (they provide budget for ergonomic tools for wfh such as desk and chairs, they make sure that the office has the best desk and chairs too) - has option to work on dayshift. - the company offers great support and benefits for mental health - has programs about overall wellness - lenient and treats employees like partners
Cons
- still has a lot to improve when it comes to structure and processing. - Management take slow actions for leaders who are incompetent. Some employees feel hands tied when escalating leaders who do not perform as expected while employees are being dealt with crucially.
