Nice office, friendly colleagues, access to learning material, extra vacation days, health benefits, new inventory, bonus system
Cons
Incompetency in upper management - lack of technical knowledge and soft skills. Broken systems/programs to work with, result measurement system also was almost always out of whack, regular employees were never informed prior to changes or hardly included in decision making (which later impacts their daily operations). Many smart and ambitious colleagues were not valued and severely underpaid, which resulted in some teams completely leaving company in a short span of one year
