      Good pay and solid pension and benefits Nice people Typically only 2 days a week in the office Leadership desperately tried to turn things around prior to Aviva takeover

      Cons

      Likely big redundancies with Aviva takeover DEI went too far - eg talks about supporting Shamima Begum returning to the U.K., company money donated to Mermaids, trained and encouraged not to recruit people from top universities. Everyone thought it wasn’t right but nobody spoke up. This might have now been rolled back a bit
