Pros
Strong, stable company who (mostly) looked after their staff. Most of the company were trying to do the right thing and there were plenty of opportunities to move around to gain more experience and exposure.
Cons
Lack of honest communication from senior management Sometimes encounter a resistance to change from long standing employees Uncertainty relating to Aviva Did not appreciate the move from 'digital first' to hybrid working and the way this was rolled out across the company was frankly appalling. Direct management did what they cant to ease the pressure, but it felt like senior management were not listening to feedback.
