      Theres all sorts of stuff for diversity and helping people

      Cons

      Tech is naff. They're stuck in the olden days with everything running on excel. It's hard to move things away from that because of red tape. Loads of people have worked there forever and have just picked up a process and thats what they do. Innovation is lacking
