Ok salary work from home

Micro managed every second of the day. You literally cant take a … without letting someone know. The team leaders give inaccurate information not very helpful i would even say it’s a toxic work environment with an if your face fits work practice. You can smash every single target you can never get any praise but if a customer marks you down on a survey you get bonus reductions. Customers are upset because of price increases they are frustrated and if we get marked down because of this we are told its our fault Customers are calling back to back to complain your every word is heavily audited on Every call and there isnt even a second inbetween calls. Overtime is pushed on you and begged for every day and with very little incentive for part timers there is always 0 opportunity for progression. If a career in a place were you fee valued is what your looking for steer clear from dlg. 50% discount off car insurance was a great perk but because of the un reasonable price increases even with the discount its cheaper to go else were.
