Pros

Not too many... If you are lucky enough or popular enough to be promoted, things get a little better. (I have seen agents with great stats and leadership qualities be skipped over for the more attractive ones.) Popularity contest.

Cons

Change is a constant in everything you do in life. With Discover its daily, what worked and was acceptable yesterday will not be the same today. Leadership is poor ( many leaders don't belong in the role). You are evaluated by people who have never done your job or if they did, was years and years ago.
