      Decent salary and very good benefits package

      Cons

      Very structured, inflexible, corporate style. They like to pretend that they are a cutting edge employer, but the actual work environment is all cubicles. Management is like a Dilbert cartoon, from the top all the way down to the first level supervisors.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.
