Management isn’t great in my opinion and that may be due to working from home because of current conditions in the world but if you’re working a mid shift like 10 to 7 you’re manager will most likely not be there for half of your shift meaning you don’t have much guidance when needed. We mostly rely on chats to reach out for help on calls and chats can be very slow to reply if they reply at all. Leaving you to deal with a customer who may be angry with little to no help and you’re also left with high call times due to putting customers on holds you can’t avoid.
