Business Outlook
Pros
Killer benefits (great insurance, on site cafe, gym and health care, 401k, stock purchasing and 4 weeks PTO), all of which start from day one. The people were great and the team leaders and coaches are very helpful. Pretty difficult to screw up and since Discover never has lay-offs, there's a lot of job security.
Cons
Pay isn't all that great, bonuses were pretty difficult to hit, lots of micro-managing from a quality control aspect. But since there's about 4000 people working in the building, that's a given.
