Business Outlook
Pros
They have really great benefits. Health, dental and vision insurance as well as short and long term disability. I had 5 weeks of PTO per year and made a good living working there.
Cons
Upper management keeps a strangle-hold on lower employees. I felt like a child that had to ask permission for anything. It was not a great fit for me but for some people it may be a good environment. There were several employees who made life hell for others but upper management seemed scared to do anything.
