      Good pay. And good benefits.

      Cons

      Company structure is not ready to have a creative department. Way too much red tape, and faculty that do not understand how to use a creative department, what to expect, or what value it can add to their projects.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
