fun environment, fast paced, always changing. new systems mean new opportunities. this job has been a great lesson in patience, and acquiring new skills on the fly.
Cons
expensive benefits. low pay. not easy to move up. more work does not always mean more pay. bonuses based on factors you can't control. technology is 5 years behind in every aspect.
