Pros
Flexible scheduling. Store management is reasonable and competent. Provides experience in customer relations and cashiering. Ability to transfer to other locations.
Cons
Very few (if any) incentives for employees to improve. As far as the corporation is concerned, a five-year employee is treated similarly to a one-week employee. Very tiny (laughable) annual wage increase. 18-year minimum age requirement. Outdated and frequently malfunctioning equipment.
