Pros
Access to good clients and well respected company name. People are lovely but have little to no power when making decisions,
Cons
Being own by Accenture means that employees aren't valued or well treated and unfortunately Droga is continuously losing great staff without batting an eye. Constantly understaffed with no ability to hire, often told no pay rises despite making award winning work, absolutely no benefits (not even food in the kitchen) or any kind of culture or staff drinks that isn't self funded by departments or managers. Accenture has sadly sucked the life and soul out of a great advertising name.
