      Look at the title, does that sound like a PRO? What kind of company in this day and age would do that?

      Cons

      Company hates military families. Nothing more to say so if you are in the Guard or a spouse is, when they find out you will most likely be terminated without reason or explanation as Nevada is a right to work state.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
