Pros
Great atmosphere, good people, most of the time your opinions are valued, training is excellent, extremely broad spectrum of services and oppurtunities, large amount of resources for technical assistance, good culture, good social events. Overall I think this a great place, and I think the pros highly outweigh the cons. But the cons are definitely there.
Cons
In my opinion: Unrealistic expectations of how much you can do in one day, poor IT applications which crash numerous times per day, frustrations when IT applications don't work at the worst moments possible, long hours, uncertainty as to what time you will get home, expectations that you can do two things at the same time, difficulties is scheduling resources, management has a tendancy to be stubborn (not always the case), and in my opinion, the largest con, which is unrealistic expectations about the level of quality with the time provided.
