Pros
GREAT coworkers. The company knows how to find friendly and intelligent people who help you get the job done. There are a lot of projects one can work on to improve knowledge in one's given field. A great work environment for employees. The company does find ways to put together outside entertainment to keep the work/life balance in check. This is also a company that is excellent at keeping their employees updated with what is happening. Work from home is very acceptable with mgmt, which is a great help to those with families!
Cons
Cliq's are for high school, not corporations. Company can sometimes be reactive to problems instead of proactive. Mgmt needs to find a way to consolidate meetings. Many lengthy meetings cause employees to stay late in order to catch up on work.
