Pros
Great company name recognition and top-tier clients in terms of visibility.
Cons
Burn-out is an accepted part of culture, which is unfortunate because so many talented people arrive, get wrung-out and leave. Employees are not valued, and leadership is negative and reactive. I spent 6+ years at Edelman and learned a great deal, but I will never go back.
