Lack of actual leadership. Lack of support. Cliquish attitude of departmental leadership. Stay away from properties with complexed management teams. Sounds like a great idea until leadership realizes that they actually have to lead multiple properties, there is always the "least favorite child". The better you are at your job...the more likely you are to end up doing the job of multiple people.
