Cons
Top down corporate culture. Acquired companies and consulting services. This company does not produce new products. Experienced staff with ideas are put down by management. The blame begins before anything has been produced. If you have experience and good ideas, you will not be appreciated or able to produce much. If this is your first job, it is ok.
