      The company is turning a solid profit. Layoffs have been minimal. CEO Bryan Kennedy is now running the show. Always hiring.

      Cons

      Overall, benefits and pay are below industry. Management is spotty; some managers have been promoted to current positions because of long tenure with the company and lack managerial skills.
