Pros
SolutionSet is a great place to learn a lot, and quickly. Since the projects last 3-6 months (rather than 12+), you see a lot in a year. Good place to learn new technologies, work with solid clients, and be rewarded for working hard.
Cons
Much of the work is repeat business from existing clients. It's not a big agency type environment where huge proejcts are won with big pitches, so the work doesn't have that kind of pizzazz. it's more of a place where people just do solid and consistent work day in and day out.
