-Recent purchase by Publicis has things spiraling in a bad direction: Layoffs have been rampant in the past month with many teams being cut in half Despite layoffs due to budget cuts, teams are expected to do the same amount of work with half the people. The company line is, no joke "You should be working at 120% to make up for any holidays and vacation" Keep in mind this is going to be tracked by billed hours. The trust I felt to do my job in the time I need to do it is gone. Instead I'm expected to forget about work/life balance and spend my time working on evenings and weekends.
