Epsilon products and services are top-rate in the industry. Working with large corporations is rewarding. There is a largely matrixed org structure with freedom in work style, location and timing.
Cons
Epsilon leadership is self-motivated and does not invest in personal employee development or morale. There have been strides at an executive level to broadcast information, but connected interpersonal relationships are non-existent. It leads to irrational goal setting and unclear expectations for growth or improvement.
