      Good hands on opportunities to different technologies. Overall, company is making progress. Aggressive stock plans.

      Cons

      Stress environment. Takes away a lot of family time. Not much appreciation for any work you do Limited growth opportunities. Decisions made abruptly when something breaks. No proper planning done.
