It began as a great place to work under ADS, with strong growth opportunities and a healthy, positive culture. The work-life balance is good, with a hybrid model requiring two in-office days, but anticipate that to change because Publicis is King.
Cons
Since being bought out by Publicis, things just seem to get worse and worse by the minute. New sales/growth teams are ruining partnerships. Clients who have been on Epsilon solutions for years are now being sold ticky-tacky products, which don't even work.. Trust is diminished and the sales teams don't even talk to the technology teams, creating bottlenecks and frustration for everyone.
