      Pros

      I’ve enjoyed all the company benefits a lot and the work/life balance. My coworkers and team are great. My workflow is manageable and I’ve had a great time working here.

      Cons

      The pay is low, and hardly any opportunities for an actual raise or growth. The merit raises are almost insulting.
