We are also aware of our training and workflow documentation shortcomings in some areas and hope that you have a chance to develop some standards of procedures for your area of the business. And while bonuses are offered to incentivize inquisitiveness and productiveness, they are not guaranteed. However, as the organization matures, we have plans to conduct an enterprise wide compensation study in order to determine if the existing bonus structure / model is applicable and sustainable.
