      Pros

      Essilor cares about their employees. They took great care of us through the pandemic with flexibility on sick time and pay, constant communication on the status of everything, and just overall I had a huge sense of true care and concern from the company toward its employees.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of overtime for those working in the warehouses/distribution centers. Some like this, others do not. It can be mandatory

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
