      Good place to get some experience or if you just want to earn some money.

      Cons

      little to no development of employees in terms of certifications or training. Bad recruitment practises and let will let employees get away with bad behaviour as long as they are billing money.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
