Pros

People are generally friendly and there is education opportunities.

Cons

Feels more like things are shifting towards making employees feel like a number. Each branch should be entrusted to make their own decisions with general guidance from upper management. Each branch is an individual just like the people within. Also the onboarding is ridiculously difficult. During pandemic made employees take 2 weeks of leave meanwhile they were still hiring.
