      Pros

      Growing brand. Excellent management within the Finance vertical. ManpowerGroup is a very well respected company and was voted as one of the most ethical companies in the world. Salaries are fair within the industry.

      Cons

      Operations are somewhat disjointed as the various areas (Sales, Delivery, Recruiting, Perm Placement) seem to function separately and without much knowledge of the other's processes.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
