      The product is sound and effort to improve the product is ongoing. There is a passion for the company from the rank and file employees.

      Cons

      Too much churn at the leadership level. The CEO is great but the hired hitters that have been brought in have ignored and ruined the culture by way of the most recent layoffs. There is now a culture of fear.
