Pros
F5 largely maintains a "human-first" approach with its employees. This humanist philosophy has been great, but it has also begun to wear off a little as leadership has instilled a more "command and control" M.O. But you can still find good home/life balance at F5.
Cons
F5 has become more "extractive" with its work force in recent years, relying less and less on the folks in the trenches for insight. If you don't mind this, great.
