      Has enough critical mass, it should own the space.

      Cons

      After the WorldPay acquisition drove FIS market value into the ground, the WP management started driving the bus and watered down everything that had been culturally great about FIS. Lost focus on banking, messed with the comp plans. No idea how to do anything more than layoffs and cost control.
