Pros
Compensation very competitive at the time. Good benefits, and recognition shown when you do a good job. Was given the chance to change position when asked.
Cons
a lot of politics at play as well, which you have to watch out for. It was disappointing over time to see people get promoted to key positions because of their political manoeuvres rather than ability.
