      Pros

      FIS is a very "friendly" environment in which to work. Employee's treat each other with courtesy and respect. For the most part management does as well.

      Cons

      When it comes time to dishing out the cash, it's very conservative and discouraging to current employees that have put in years of service. New hires are compensated well, while long term employees get what's left.

      Pros

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Cons

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
