      Co-workers were always great, the benefits are pretty good too.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, endless chaos, family tree constant changes, disconnected management that always looks for the bad and someone to point the finger at.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
