Pros
Very friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. No complaints from management if you want to work from home.
Cons
The reverted the dress code back to strict business casual, it reminds me of the 80s. The metavante side of the company is treated very poorly. 1 change per week really hinders trying to get your work done. Benifits get worse every year. You can't get answers from people about how to go about getting something done.
