Pros
Fis has some very good points such as benefits, community involvement, and security.
Cons
My experience was not good. The trainer was caddy, and unable to focus on the important aspects of what was needed to be successful. At times the trainer would ignore particular people. She was on the level of a teenager, playing teenage games which at times can be hurtful and senseless.
