      First two years - great boss, empowered to lead team, great employees, excellent employee development Last year - my team was great

      Cons

      All three years - lack of investment in latest technology - old phones and call center hardware and applications Last year - lack of effective communication and leadership direction, focus on cutting costs, poor project management

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
