More work to do than there are people to do it; unrealistic expectations by upper management; they talk about caring about you and your family then when an emergency comes up, you must use vacation time to take care of it; they laid off all of the administrative assistants in January so there is no one point of contact for supplies, information, assistance, etc.; they say they are about going green yet we must drive in rush hour traffic to get there and back home instead of working remote more often, if at all.
