Pros
The people you work with on a day-to-day basis are great. Each is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and is willing to give their time to assist those "new" to the company or application.
Cons
Management takes full advantage of the fact that people are willing to work weekends and long hours in order to meet deliverables. PMs "run the show" and mask faulty project plans from the client by having project teams "burn the midnight oil" in order to get work complete. All this effort is rewarded with incremental annual pay raises (2% per year average).
